Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Executive to join our team at Steps Ahead Pakistan. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding distribution operations. You will manage a designated territory, overseeing distributors and trade partners to achieve key performance indicators and sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive business growth through effective distributor management
  2. Enhance competitive visibility in-store
  3. Coordinate with distributors to execute operational plans
  4. Negotiate joint business plans with customers
  5. Develop and implement efficient eRTM routes for DSRs
  6. Support the company's digital transformation strategy
  7. Monitor financial metrics to inform strategic decisions
  8. Lead and develop an extended team
  9. Maintain accountability for achieving key performance indicators
  10. Analyze post-execution data to refine processes

Requirements:

  1. Strong business acumen and financial expertise
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI
  4. Willingness to spend time on the road
  5. Strategic thinking and execution skills
  6. Up-to-date industry trends and competitor insights
  7. Accountability, responsibility, and a bias for action
