With expertise in languages such as English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Mandarin, and many others, we cater to customers in over 29 different countries. Our services include inbound customer service, outbound lead generation, direct response industry support, and upselling on service calls.

Role Description

  • Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience
  • Good English Required with little to no accent since they will be talking to US potential clients /
  • Shift: Monday to Friday 9.00 AM EST to 6.00 PM EST
  • Rate: Paid in USD
  • Location: This opportunity is exclusively available to individuals residing outside the US, as per client specifications.
  • Technical Requirements: USB Headsets, LAN Ethernet connection, PC with i3 7th gen and above or Ryzen 3000 series and above, minimum 8 GB of RAM
