Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of corporate standards related to administration and logistics, ensuring seamless integration across the business.

Main Duties
  1. Supporting Departments
    1. Providing guidance to all departments to enable them to meet business objectives effectively.
    2. Functional Responsibilities
      1. Managing overall administration, including office equipment maintenance and fleet operations.
      2. Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics, as well as building repair services.
    3. Continuous Process Improvement
      1. Regularly reviewing and analyzing administrative processes to identify areas for improvement.
    4. Strategic Planning
      1. Developing and implementing plans for optimizing asset use and resource allocation.
    Requirements

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant field is essential.

Candidates must possess excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to drive business growth through effective administration and logistics management.
