
Sales Development Lead

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to drive business development, manage client relationships, attend industry events, and handle sales communications across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Write compelling sales proposals and business presentations tailored to client needs.
- Meet with clients in person and virtually to pitch services and close deals.
- Maintain ongoing client communication through regular follow-up calls and meetings.
- Represent the company at seminars, workshops, conferences, and industry events.
- Plan and manage in-house or public workshops related to business or services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Leverage social media platforms for lead generation, outreach, and brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reporting using CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Nonprofit Organizations (NPOs) or Non-Humanitarian Organizations (NHOs).
- Fluent spoken and written English language skills.
- Proficient in writing formal proposals and client communication.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Experience with social media marketing and digital engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of advertising and mass communication principles.
- Will to travel for meetings, seminars, and events as required.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with a results-driven approach.
