
IT Sales Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Sales Lead to drive business growth and meet sales targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for approaching new customers, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and promoting and selling IT products and managed services.
- This includes developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for IT services, such as Managed Services (MSP), Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), IT Consulting and Advisory Services, Digital Transformation Services.
- The ideal candidate will lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Key Responsibilities:
- IDentify and pursue new business opportunities in key sectors (e.g., enterprise, SMB, government).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, system integrators, and technology partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, DevOps).
- Experience in selling Managed Services SLAs and IT infrastructure solutions.
- Knowledge of IT Products, IP Telephony, NOC, Managed Services and IT support services.
- Minimum 2 years of IT services sales management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in sales and business development, particularly in the IT sector.
- Strong understanding of IT Managed Services, including networks, IP telephony, contact center solutions, NOC, and IT hardware.
