Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our Human Resources department in full-cycle recruiting efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create long-term recruiting strategies and establish strong relationships with potential hires.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sourcing Candidates

We are looking for a professional who can source candidates through various channels and networks, including job boards, social media, and referrals.

  • Developing Interview Procedures

The successful candidate will develop and implement effective interview and selection procedures, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent for our organization.

  • Career Events and Representation

As a key member of our HR team, you will participate in career events and represent our organization's brand, promoting our reputation and values.

Key Duties Include:

  1. Designing Recruiting Plans

Develop comprehensive recruiting plans to meet our current and future hiring needs, including creating and updating job descriptions and specifications.

  1. Managing Job Requisitions

Set and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process, manage the job requisition process, and advertise job openings on various platforms and media outlets.

  1. Evaluating Candidate Applications

Evaluate candidate resumes and applications, schedule and conduct initial interviews, and onboard new employees to ensure seamless integration.

  • Excellent Communication Skills

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.

  • Strategic Thinking

You will need to think strategically, developing long-term recruiting strategies to meet our current and future hiring needs.

  • Industry Knowledge

A strong understanding of industry trends and best practices is essential, as well as the ability to apply HR best practices and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
