As a Customer Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients using our Club Software products and other offerings. This will involve troubleshooting software-related issues, providing product knowledge and guidance, and collaborating with different departments to ensure efficient and comprehensive support.
The successful candidate will be a team player with exceptional communication skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide top-notch member service. Main Responsibilities:
- Client Support & Technical Assistance: Provide support to clients through various channels, including email, phone, and live chat. Resolve technical issues and provide solutions.
- Product Expertise & Guidance: Offer product knowledge to clients, recommend upgrades, and ensure they understand how to utilize our software effectively.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with the development and quality assurance teams to resolve client issues. Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless club operations.
- Issue Documentation & Tracking: Record, track, and monitor client issues within the ticketing system to ensure prompt resolutions.
- Member Services Support: Assist with member-related inquiries, upgrades, bookings, and other needs, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Event Support & Membership Access Management: Develop expertise in supporting club events and managing member access to exclusive offerings.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to identifying areas for improvement based on member feedback.
