Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the implementation and maintenance of our quality management system across the business, ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a quality management system that meets ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and 45001 standards.
  • Conduct regular internal audits and maintain an audit schedule to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Identify areas of risk and develop controls to mitigate them, promoting a culture of quality throughout the organization.
  • Analyze and report on quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Requirements
  • A minimum of three years' experience in ISO Standards and Compliance at a management level.
  • UKAS accredited Certification Body Management is desirable.
  • A degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • APM PFQ, PMQ, or PRINCE2 related qualification is a plus.
  • Results-driven, with a strong willingness to commit to goals and drive operations to completion.
  • Experience managing or supporting the implementation of ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and 45001 is highly desirable.
