
Dynamic Administration Coordinator

This is an entry-level Administrative Assistant position that requires a detail-oriented and well-spoken individual to support our UK operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, communicate with clients and tenants, and manage property-related responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with tenancy renewals and scheduling property inspections and meetings.
- Ensure legal documents (Gas Safety, EPCs, Electrical Reports) are current and compliant.
- Draft and send emails/letters to landlords, tenants, and external partners.
- Conduct compliance checks for tenant move-ins and provide general administrative support.
- Perform thorough referencing for new and prospective tenants using our referencing systems.
Administrative Support:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative operations supporting our UK property management team. This includes handling administrative tasks such as preparing tenancy agreements, conducting compliance checks, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Prior experience in a call centre, BPO, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and online platforms.
