
Senior Human Resources Professional

The successful candidate will assist the Line Manager in the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient hiring procedures.
This includes initial screening of CVs, shortlisting candidates for interviews, conducting tests, background checks, complete documentation, and before and after hiring formalities.
In addition to recruitment, the Senior Officer will handle day-to-day HR operations functions and duties, including employee engagement and recognition programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist the Line Manager in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees.
- Coordinate employee recognition programs and events.
- Properly handle complaints and grievances of employees.
- Assist the Line Manager in all employee engagement activities required from time to time.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be result-oriented, organized, and an active team member.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) is also essential.
Requirements
Education: MBA (HR) from a reputed business school.
Experience: 3+ years of experience working in the human resources department, preferably in a financial institution in an HR Generalist role.
Skills:
- Complete knowledge of the recruitment cycle and ability to handle it independently.
- Maintain confidentiality of the HR department at each level.
- Good listener, polite & cooperative.
- Organized, multi-tasking, and an active team member.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
