Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective administrative procedures and systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  2. Recruit, train, and supervise personnel, allocating responsibilities and office space as needed.
  3. Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to optimize productivity.
  4. Ensure seamless communication within the organization to support other business functions.
  5. Coordinate schedules and deadlines to meet operational goals.
  6. Maintain inventory of office supplies and oversee purchasing to stay within budgetary constraints.
  7. Analyze costs and expenses to inform budget preparation.
  8. Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and trades-persons to ensure smooth operations.
  9. Organize and direct other office activities, including recycling, renovations, and event planning.
  10. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  11. Stay informed about organizational changes and business developments.
