We are seeking a dynamic and experienced marketing professional to join our team as the Digital Brand Manager.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand positioning, increase brand awareness, and drive brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives to achieve brand growth objectives.
  • Identify target markets, analyze consumer behavior, and stay updated on industry trends to drive effective marketing strategies.
  • Manage and lead a team of technical SEO experts, backlinkers, content writers, graphic designers, and web developers.
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure the team's success in executing marketing strategies and achieving goals.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content across various marketing channels.
  • Collaborate closely with technical SEO experts to optimize website structure, meta tags, keywords, and other SEO elements.
  • Work closely with graphic designers and creative teams to develop visually appealing and on-brand marketing materials.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
    • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on brand strategy and expansion.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse group of professionals.
    • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
    • Solid understanding of branding principles and experience in developing and implementing brand strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing marketing data and metrics to make data-driven decisions.
    • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in marketing.
