Resource Development Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial and marketing principles, with the ability to develop effective strategies for resource mobilization.
This role requires a highly dynamic individual who will support and assist the Program Manager in mobilizing resources for Al-Khidmat Orphan Care Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a comprehensive Financial Resource Mobilization Strategy, coordinating and liaising with donor agencies, and organizing fundraising campaigns and events.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a Financial Resource Mobilization Strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Coordinate and liaise with donor agencies, including government and international organizations, to secure funding and resources.
- Organize fundraising campaigns and events to raise awareness and generate revenue for the organization.
- University degree in finance, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in resource mobilization, fundraising, and event planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
