Job Opportunity: Senior Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as a Senior Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients' customers with their queries and concerns.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate resolutions to customers via call, adhering to defined processes and procedures.
- Deliver a class-apart customer experience, meeting performance objectives and aligning with our client's core values.
- Assist customers with items purchased through our ecommerce website.
- Convey interest in each customer through courtesy, attention, and a friendly, caring image.
- Offer alternatives to products/items not available on the ecommerce website.
- Stay up-to-date with latest updates on system information, process changes, and future updates.
- Overcome objections and handle customer pushbacks effectively.
