Job Opportunity: Senior Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as a Senior Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients' customers with their queries and concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate resolutions to customers via call, adhering to defined processes and procedures.

  • Assist customers with items purchased through our ecommerce website.
  • Convey interest in each customer through courtesy, attention, and a friendly, caring image.
  • Offer alternatives to products/items not available on the ecommerce website.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest updates on system information, process changes, and future updates.
  • Overcome objections and handle customer pushbacks effectively.
