Job Overview

The Customer Service Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly resolving issues, effectively monitoring tickets, and understanding OEM catalogs and pricing.

To achieve this goal, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Timely resolution of customer issues through various communication tools, including emails and phone calls.
  • Effective monitoring of tickets to ensure prompt escalation of issues.
  • Understanding OEM catalogs and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Teleconferencing with suppliers to obtain updates and ensure timely escalations of issues.
  • Working with international clients from foreign regions.
  • Providing customers with timely and desired feedback while working in rotation.

Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitoring and escalating issues to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Providing accurate information to customers about OEM catalogs and pricing.
  • Communicating with suppliers to obtain updates and ensure timely escalations of issues.
  • Working with international clients to provide effective support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer services, research, and analysis.
  • Fluent English verbal and written communication skills, as the incumbent will be dealing in the international market.
  • Ms. Excel expertise and experience.
  • Excellent customer satisfaction skills.
  • Supply chain management and marketing knowledge.
