Job Overview
The Customer Service Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly resolving issues, effectively monitoring tickets, and understanding OEM catalogs and pricing.
To achieve this goal, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Timely resolution of customer issues through various communication tools, including emails and phone calls.
- Effective monitoring of tickets to ensure prompt escalation of issues.
- Understanding OEM catalogs and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.
- Teleconferencing with suppliers to obtain updates and ensure timely escalations of issues.
- Working with international clients from foreign regions.
- Providing customers with timely and desired feedback while working in rotation.
Key Responsibilities

- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitoring and escalating issues to ensure prompt resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in customer services, research, and analysis.
- Fluent English verbal and written communication skills, as the incumbent will be dealing in the international market.
- Ms. Excel expertise and experience.
- Excellent customer satisfaction skills.
- Supply chain management and marketing knowledge.
