Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and design scalable, efficient, and maintainable backend systems.
  • Lead the technical direction of the backend team, making decisions on technology stack, design patterns, and coding practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive end-to-end solutions.
  • Write clean, modular, and high-quality code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers.
  • Optimise and troubleshoot performance issues in backend systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure proper deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of backend services.

Requirements

  • Overall 4+ years of relevant experience in ROR Framework
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
