Drive business growth as a Sales Development Representative. This role is critical to our organization, responsible for identifying qualified prospects and engaging them through outbound prospecting efforts via email and phone.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual with exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive presence. No experience or prior knowledge is needed, but a team player who possesses a desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, high-growth sales environment is required.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in account development, opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call structure/control, and time and territory management. You will have the chance to work from home and earn attractive commissions, with the potential to earn Rs. 500 to Rs. 3000+ per day along with high commissions.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect for qualified leads and build a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calls, and emails.
  • Utilize sales automation tools to maximize effectiveness of prospecting efforts.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations and qualify leads.
  • Document all prospecting activities in our CRM.
  • Collaborate internally with marketing staff to support campaigns and identify new leads.
  • Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams regarding customer needs.
