IT Services Leader Position

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional with a strong track record in leading IT services teams. As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion across Managed Services (MS) IT and Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) portfolios.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary engagement lead for contract renewals and business expansion across MS IT & ADM portfolio.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to secure optimal solutions and offers for customers.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering solutions that maximize value and efficient service.
  • Driving profitable deals, risk mitigation, and supporting pre-sales, sales, delivery, and lifecycle management.
  • Overseeing on-time, on-budget project delivery.
  • Representing Ericsson interests within customers regarding MSIT/ADM, providing insights on lifecycle management and operations.

Leadership Expectations

You will demonstrate cross-functional leadership, mobilizing support across functions and teams. You will also exhibit strong collaboration, communication, and fact-based decision-making skills.

Sales & Customer Focus

As a seasoned sales professional, you will have proven ability to drive multi-million-dollar sales and manage complex contracts. You will have deep knowledge of contracting, commercial models (fixed price, capacity-based), and customer operations in Core, IT (OSS/BSS), and ADM.

Functional & Technical Expertise

You will have in-depth experience with MS IT, LCM, and ADM best practices and delivery. You will also have demonstrated financial improvements and cost savings, as well as experience in continuous improvement for mainIT systems, enhancing customer satisfaction and KPIs.

The Skills You Bring

You will bring a strong educational background in Business, Engineering, or ICT. You will also have 5+ years in MSIT/ADM presales and 10+ years in the telecom network industry.
