
Call Center Operations Specialist

One of the leading multinational companies in Pakistan is looking for a seasoned professional to oversee their premium call center operations. The ideal candidate must have 4-5 years of experience in different areas of call centers, preferably as a Team Leader or Assistant Manager.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful applicant will be responsible for analyzing problems, implementing SOPs, and tracking KPIs. Fluency in Urdu and English is essential, with additional languages being a plus.
