We are seeking a seasoned Community Engagement Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan.

About the Role

As a Community Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining active communities across multiple platforms, including Discord, Telegram, and Reddit. You will serve as the bridge between our company and its communities, fostering engagement and nurturing a positive environment for discussions centered on blockchain and AI technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong presence on social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the tech industry, particularly in blockchain and AI. You will be responsible for developing and implementing community management strategies that foster growth, engagement, and a strong sense of community.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement community management strategies to drive growth and engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Manage daily operations on community platforms, ensuring active and engaging communication.
  • Monitor community conversations and provide timely and thoughtful responses to questions, concerns, and feedback.
  • Create and schedule regular content updates, announcements, and discussions to keep the community informed and involved.
  • Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, implementing community guidelines and moderating discussions to maintain a positive and supportive environment.
  • Organize and host online community events, such as AMAs (Ask Me Anything), webinars, and discussion panels, to increase community engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other teams to align community initiatives with broader company goals and product updates.
  • Analyze community feedback and report insights back to relevant teams to help shape product improvements and marketing strategies.
  • Track and report on community growth and engagement metrics, utilizing data to refine community management practices continually.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role, with a strong presence on platforms like Discord, Telegram, and Reddit.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and interact positively with community members.
  • Strong understanding of the tech industry, particularly in blockchain and AI, to communicate effectively with tech-savvy audiences.
  • Experience organizing online events and managing live discussions or chats.
  • Knowledge of content creation for social media and community platforms.
  • Analytical skills to gauge the mood of the community and report on engagement metrics.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with excellent time management skills.
