Job Title:

  • Human Resources Strategist

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a seasoned professional with expertise in human resources. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar capacity, demonstrating a proven track record in managing HR processes effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with organizational objectives
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
  • Manage and improve employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Ensure compliance with local and federal HR regulations and best practices
  • Administer and oversee compensation and benefits programs
  • Handle conflict resolution effectively, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Manage payroll processes accurately and promptly
  • Conduct and coordinate onboarding processes for new employees to ensure a smooth transition
  • Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to gauge the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs
  • Provide guidance and support to department heads on HR-related issues and policies
  • Maintain and update employee records accurately and confidentially
  • Coordinate and conduct employee performance reviews and implement performance management systems

Key Skills:

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential, as is proficiency in critical HR skills such as Recruitment & Onboarding, Payroll Management, Conflict Resolution, Compensation and Benefits, HR Compliance, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Information Technology.

This role does not involve direct team management, but you will be expected to work closely with various department heads and ensure smooth HR operations across the organization.
