Job Description
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet or exceed hiring targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to identify recruitment needs.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent.
  • Develop and implement recruitment processes to ensure efficient and effective hiring.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 4 plus years of experience as a recruiter in the Financial Services and IT Services Industry.
  • Deep understanding of the banking industry framework with a focus on T-24 systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence and resilience to interact with clients.
  • Exceptional verbal and written linguistic skills, including English.
