Interwood Mobel is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Senior Executive Recruitment to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent for various positions across the organization. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates and a commitment to enhancing the overall recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing methods, including networking, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven improvements.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate records.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing industry.

Skills & Competencies:

Proven ability to attract and identify top talent.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
