Job Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Case Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing patient cases and providing exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient cases by responding to inquiries and communicating medical needs to doctors worldwide.
  • Process patient assessments, handle diagnostics information, and liaise with international medical centers.
  • Ensure patient satisfaction through regular service provider reviews and relationship building.
  • Liaise with global patient coordination teams for highest patient satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to provide comprehensive services.
  • Provide remote patient evaluation and coordination services.
  • Utilize CRM applications to manage customer pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in virtual environments with verifiable record.
  • Clinical training as a nurse or doctor.
  • Experience working with patients.
  • Ability to be trained on CRM software.
  • Solid computer skills, proficient in Microsoft applications and PowerPoints.
  • MBBS/BSC Nursing or equivalent medical education preferred.
  • A minimum of four years relevant working experience.
  • Proven track record in meeting performance objectives.
  • Strong communication and basic technical support knowledge.
  • Effective listener, understanding customer expectations.
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients.
  • Fluent English speaker/writer, with additional languages considered a plus.
