Clinical Case Management Opportunity

This is a dynamic and rewarding role to work with patients worldwide, understanding their medical needs and communicating effectively with medical doctors.

  • Manage patient cases and respond to inquiries.
  • Process clinical assessments, handle diagnostic information, and liaise with international medical centers.
  • Ensure exceptional patient experience through proactive communication and follow-up.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Professional level experience in a virtual environment.
  • Clinical training as a nurse or doctor.
  • Experience working with patients.
  • Ability to be trained on customer relationship management software.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with patients, medical doctors, and the global patient coordination team.
  • Conduct quarterly service provider reviews and build relationships.
  • Liaise with other teams to provide comprehensive services.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally verbally and in writing.
  • Represent the organization and its products ethically and professionally.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of four years' relevant working experience.
  • Proven track record in meeting performance objectives.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective listener and understanding of customer expectations.
  • Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.

This role requires a strong commitment to ethical conduct, ability to work well under pressure, and flexibility to work remotely with an international customer base.
