About Our Operation:

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Call Center Supervisor to lead our team's performance, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance call center productivity and efficiency.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new staff members.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in managing call center teams or related field.
  • Strong expertise in leadership, problem-solving, and time management.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, dialer systems, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to handle multiple priorities and campaigns simultaneously.
