About Our Operation:We're seeking a skilled and experienced Call Center Supervisor to lead our team's performance, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance call center productivity and efficiency.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new staff members.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- 3+ years of experience in managing call center teams or related field.
- Strong expertise in leadership, problem-solving, and time management.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, dialer systems, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to handle multiple priorities and campaigns simultaneously.
