
Call Center Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Team Lead to oversee the performance of our call center team.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and have experience in managing a team of customer service representatives. Key responsibilities include answering incoming customer calls, resolving customer issues in a timely manner, and providing product information to customers. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring call volume, prioritizing tasks, tracking individual and group goals, and conducting performance reviews.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree required
- Prior call center experience is essential
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customers
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (fluency in English)
- Attention to detail and ability to identify patterns and trends
- Experience with data analysis and report generation
- Capable of working under pressure and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with call center metrics and performance indicators
