- Deliver exceptional customer service through fluent, professional English communication both spoken and written.\
- Assist with installations, configurations, updates, and day-to-day IT maintenance tasks.\
- Work independently while remote, and be willing to transition to onsite if required.\
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills and maintain a customer-focused attitude.\
- Maintain outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.\
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.\
- Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\
- Become proficient in using various software applications and tools.\
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT support.\
- Develop and implement effective solutions to improve processes and increase efficiency.\
- Analyzing data to identify patterns and trends, and make informed decisions accordingly.\
- Providing training and guidance to junior team members.\

- Suggest process improvements and implement new ideas to enhance productivity and quality of work.\
- Continuously assess and evaluate performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes accordingly.\

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and vendors.\
