  • Assist with installations, configurations, updates, and day-to-day IT maintenance tasks.\
  • Work independently while remote, and be willing to transition to onsite if required.\
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills and maintain a customer-focused attitude.\
  • Maintain outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.\
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\
  • Become proficient in using various software applications and tools.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT support.\
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve processes and increase efficiency.\
  • Analyzing data to identify patterns and trends, and make informed decisions accordingly.\
  • Providing training and guidance to junior team members.\

  • Suggest process improvements and implement new ideas to enhance productivity and quality of work.\
  • Continuously assess and evaluate performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes accordingly.\

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and vendors.\
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.\
