Customer Service Representative Role

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by managing schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered in advance, and updating vacation requests and call-offs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and employees, providing superior support.
  • Assign clients to suitable staff members and efficiently manage their schedules.
  • Maintain a list of on-call and backup staff to secure last-minute coverage.
  • Communicate schedule updates and changes to employees clearly and promptly.
  • Inform managers and clients of any schedule or staffing adjustments.
  • Ensure all scheduled shifts are adequately staffed and completed, maintaining high client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work 6 days a week with 9-hour shifts (Evening and Night Shifts).
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
