Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to build and maintain strategic relationships with key executives and decision-makers within mid-sized markets or large regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to promote our services and identify new business opportunities.
  • Participate in sales/proposal presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Identify and escalate contract expansion opportunities for qualification and pursuit.
  • Interface effectively with marketing, research, and IT departments at client level.
  • Represent our organization to clients and vice versa in all sales activities, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and provide constructive feedback to the account team.

Maintain effective renewals and subscriptions while participating in contract renewal efforts as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in science, marketing, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or relationship management.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in sales, business development, and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to write impactful proposals and reports, with proficiency in MS Office and analytical software.
