
Strategic Client Relations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to build and maintain strategic relationships with key executives and decision-makers within mid-sized markets or large regions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with sales teams to promote our services and identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in sales/proposal presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of our offerings.
- Identify and escalate contract expansion opportunities for qualification and pursuit.
- Interface effectively with marketing, research, and IT departments at client level.
- Represent our organization to clients and vice versa in all sales activities, ensuring seamless communication.
- Monitor client satisfaction and provide constructive feedback to the account team.
Maintain effective renewals and subscriptions while participating in contract renewal efforts as needed.
Requirements- Bachelor's or master's degree in science, marketing, or a related field from an accredited university.
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or relationship management.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in sales, business development, and marketing strategies.
- Ability to write impactful proposals and reports, with proficiency in MS Office and analytical software.
