Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line customer support through various channels (telephone, email, mailing).
- Identify customer needs and respond effectively, referring leads to relevant teams for follow-up.
- Take ownership of customer inquiries, utilizing questioning and listening skills to offer suitable solutions.
Job Specifications:
