Unilever is currently hiring for a Sales and Customer Development Manager
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Customer Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales and Customer Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing the customer and trade for designated accounts, ensuring effective and efficient distribution/customer operations and delivering sales, Key Performance Indicators / targets.
About the Role: Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer development, with experience in FMCG industry. You will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and providing market insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide market insights to inform business decisions.
- Manage customer and trade activities to ensure effective and efficient distribution/customer operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 1-4 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG industry.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Command over Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- Active feet on street and market time.
- Capability to strategize and possess strong execution skills.
