Regional General Manager Role

This role demands strategic thinking, leadership skills, and technical expertise to drive regional sales and revenue growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Design, construct, and operate the local access network.
  2. Ensure resource availability for each division.

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Customer Satisfaction:
    • Manage customer satisfaction levels.
    • Timely resolve fault complaints.
    • Ensure timely product delivery.
  • Sales Generation:
    • Retail and expand the subscriber base.
    • Optimize existing revenue streams and generate additional revenue streams.
  • Operational Performance:
    • Evaluate divisional performance against targets.
    • Implement corrective actions.
    • Utilize SAP/CMS for regional operations management.
  • Facilities Management:
    • Ensure safety and security of organizational installations.
  • Activity Control:
    • Ensure compliance with budgets and deadlines.
    • Adhere to legal and ethical standards.
  • Performance Management:
    • Evaluate employee performance.

KPIs:

  • Restore networks within stipulated time frames.
  • Meet revenue targets.
  • Achieve PSTN gross and net sales targets.
  • Reduce registered faults within specified timeframes.
  • Reduce PSTN repeat fault percentage to predefined levels.
  • Provide quality service to customers.
