
Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to lead our Asian Region business development efforts. As Vice President Business Development, Asian Region, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth in the Asian government, business, residential, institutional, and hospitals sectors.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the organization's success. You will work closely with the President and CEO to develop and implement strategies that meet the organization's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to drive growth in the Asian Region.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, business leaders, and customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful business outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 50% primarily in Asia with occasional travel elsewhere internationally.
- An individual of unquestioned honesty and integrity.
- Willingness to tackle tough issues by working through conflict, delivering feedback, and dealing promptly with problem performers.
- Thrive in an ever-changing environment and deal well with crises.
