Vice President of Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Business Development to lead our business development efforts in the Asian region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role, working closely with senior management to develop and implement business plans, manage budgets and resources, and drive results-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with a deep understanding of the Asian market and its complexities.

In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans, managing and mitigating risks, and maintaining accurate records and reports. You will also be expected to identify and assess internal and external issues that may impact the organization, and develop solutions to address these challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Asian region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans, manage budgets and resources, and drive results-driven initiatives.
  • Manage and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, with a strong understanding of the Asian market and its dynamics.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expansion.
  • Strong strategic thinking, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, MBA preferred.
