Job Opportunity

The Regional Project Field Associate will support the organization in collecting data, conducting surveys, and identifying potential satellite schools across their respective regions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct field surveys for new student applications and collect accurate data to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Assist in verifying and processing student admission information while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
  • Engage with local communities to understand educational needs and opportunities that align with the organization's objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate potential locations for satellite schools based on predefined criteria such as accessibility and feasibility.
  • Maintain detailed records and reports on survey findings and site assessments to inform future project decisions.
  • Collaborate with the core team to ensure smooth execution of project objectives while promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Social Sciences, Education, Business, or a related field that demonstrates relevant knowledge and skills.
  • Prior experience in field data collection, education projects, or community engagement is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and manage time and deadlines effectively while maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry tools to efficiently manage and analyze data.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations as required by the project while ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
