We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Professional to drive sales growth and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities, generating revenue, and developing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Possess an understanding of managing leads, taking regular follow-ups, and setting up meetings
  • Review proposals submitted by the team regarding technical aspects, timeframe, costing, and other details as per client requirements
  • Provide accurate and timely management information, including activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, and KPIs
  • Possess an understanding of sales methodologies and apply them in a sales situation
  • Responsible for bidding on various projects including Web Development, Mobile Applications, Game Development, and Digital Marketing
  • Research potential leads from business directories, online platforms, and professional networks

Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Candidate must have an IT background and be familiar with IT technologies
  • Available to work in various time zones, including USA and Europe
  • Good negotiation, planning, and time management skills
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Confident and self-motivated
  • Ability to work closely with development and design teams

Job Specifications:

  • Bidders must have their own profiles showcasing their experience and portfolio in Web/Mobile development, digital marketing, SEO, and content writing domains
  • The ability to work in a hybrid role, requiring a good internet connection and personal laptop
  • A flexible schedule with 15 hours of work per week
