Night Customer Service Representative

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be the first point of contact for guests and clients.
You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, conflict resolution, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests/customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Check-in guests/customers and provide them with necessary information.
- Handle all incoming calls and redirect them to respective individuals/departments.
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and filing.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during night shifts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Night Front Desk Officer or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
