Civil Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our global team in Sukkur, Pakistan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Plant Manager and overseeing construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.

Main Responsibilities
  • Monitor and supervise all civil projects and works to ensure high-quality execution and adherence to timelines.
  • Coordinate and oversee the entire construction process, from planning to completion, ensuring that all stages are completed on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with contractors to review their baseline schedule and monitor adherence to milestones and project timelines.
  • Implement and monitor Quality Assurance Plans and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) submitted by contractors.
  • Conduct joint inspections with contractors for material deliveries and completed work stages.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive site documentation, including daily inspection reports, site instructions, RFI logs, punch lists, and QA/QC records.
  • Promote and ensure compliance with our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and site safety regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Solid academic results and at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
  • Preferred international experience and strong knowledge of construction project management principles.
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively, work independently, and demonstrate determination and proactivity.
  • Familiarity with IFC drawings and project specifications.
