
HR Leadership Role

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of our overall HR strategy, focusing on workforce planning, resourcing, and employee relations.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and maintain effective HR policies and procedures, manage performance management systems, and provide counsel to employees on personnel issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, test, and select employees to fill vacant positions through a full cycle recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a resourceful database of candidates.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Supervise contract and probation completion cases of employees.
- Maintain and develop HR policies, procedures, and implement ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Identify HR gaps in consultation with department heads.
- Counsel employees on personnel issues to ensure harmonious relationships and effective communications between management and staff.
- Advise management on appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Establish and maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain a human resources system that meets top management's information needs.
- Manage monthly payrolls, overtime, attendance, final settlements, and leave records.
- Plan employee performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation, and development.
- Initiate quality improvement initiatives within HR and recommend promotions, transfers, terminations, etc.
- Prepare necessary documentation relating to management approvals.
- Provide general administrative support for HR functions, including creating and maintaining personnel and terminated files, employment verification, and organization charts.
The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in MS Office applications, strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask.
An MBA in HR with over 4 years of relevant experience is preferred but not required.
