Revenue Manager

Be part of a dynamic team as a Revenue Manager and take on the challenge of driving sales growth through strategic pricing decisions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop market/channel price strategy recommendations based on brand positioning.
    • Deliver robust net price analysis to inform pricing decisions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate consumer insights and elasticity updates into pricing strategies.
    • Support the innovation process with price recommendations.
    • Monitor price strategy implementation and identify opportunities for price increases.
    • Develop promo guidelines and analyze promo ROI compliance.
    • Partner with finance to drive compliance on pricing and trade spend.
    • Bring an NRM perspective to MPRs with compelling insights.
    • Support PPA processes by developing consumption data insights at channel, pack size, price tier, partition, and benefit level.

  • Requirements:
    • Graduate-level education in business or scientific-related disciplines.
    • Fluent English language skills.
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
    • Proven analytical skills.
    • Experience in FMCG/CH environment in sales/customer/marketing roles.
    • Experience working across complex organizational structures.
    • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders towards desired outcomes.
    • Numeracy and finance skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Commercial understanding/experience.
    • Experience working with large datasets/relational databases desirable.
    • Solution-oriented mindset with ability to derive insights from complexity.
    • High sense of ownership and accountability.
    • Ability to manage complexity across multiple markets.
    • Strong analytical, strategic, and flexible thinking.
    • Commercial acumen.
