We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Software Architect. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build world-class software products that drive business growth and deliver value to customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for gathering a deep understanding of our codebase technologies and industry trends;
  • Sharing your expertise with the team and providing guidance on technical matters;
  • Collaborating with other leaders to ensure delivery of high-quality software;
  • Promoting coding standards and best practices within the organization;
  • Demonstrating leadership by setting goals and guiding team efforts towards successful project delivery;
  • Contributing to the direction and scope of our technical vision;
  • Working closely with Product, Infrastructure, Design, UX, and Strategy teams to deliver top-notch products;
  • Hiring talented individuals to build high-performing teams;
  • Owning key performance indicators (KPIs) as a conduit to our Product team and business functions;
  • Ensuring daily decisions align with our vision and direction;
  • Cultivating individuals in the team to become future technical leaders;

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 9 years of software engineering experience;
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript and ReactJS;
  • Experience with open-source web application frameworks such as NextJS;
  • Familiarity with source code control, build processes, CI/CD, automated testing, and other development processes;
  • Ability to design and architect scalable and available systems;
  • Understanding of leadership, coaching, and mentoring principles;
  • Experience working on high-traffic and large-scale web products is a plus;
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Kanban, Scrum, and XP;
  • Understanding of good product, design, and UX principles;
  • Experience in analysis, design, coding, and implementation of next-generation web applications;
