About This Role

This role is a senior leadership position responsible for managing the overall branch network investment agenda.

It involves leading and managing the branch optimization plan, implementing group-driven franchise development and business projects across the countrywide branch network.

  • Manage the overall branch network related investment agenda driven by global standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices are implemented in all markets.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

They will be responsible for reviewing cost-to-income ratios, working closely with digital teams, distribution, and group teams to implement best practices.

  • Review cost-to-income ratios of each branch.
  • Implement group-driven franchise development and business projects.
