Job Title: Strategic HR Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resources Manager to drive our talent acquisition and management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading the HR function with 3+ years of experience in an HR leadership role, focusing on Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, by leveraging business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  2. Developing and implementing Leadership Development, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement initiatives that align with company goals.
  3. Applying knowledge of the IT industry to inform HR strategies and improve organizational performance.
  4. Coaching employees at all levels, with expertise in executive coaching a plus, to enhance their skills and abilities.
  5. Diagnosing problems using data analysis and strategic thinking skills and implementing effective solutions.
  6. Collaborating with the HR team and other departments to achieve common objectives.
  7. Managing projects and programs with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  8. Communicating effectively in English, both verbally and written, to convey complex ideas and concepts.
