Human Resources Specialist: Employee Welfare and Operations Support

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Supervise and ensure full support to IRM in compliance with all relevant legal laws and regulations.">
  • Supervise Canteen and Fair Price Shop Affairs to guarantee smooth functioning and quality delivery of food items and services to employees.">
  • Provide legal support to IRM in matters related to labor laws, implementation, and compliance with existing HR practices.">
  • Maintain and prepare systems and documentation required for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 audits.">
  • Compile and submit returns under Labor Laws and EOBI, PESSI as well as periodic HR Reports, IR Reports, and GM Reports.">
  • Build strong networks and relationships with key stakeholders in Government Labor Departments.">
  • Prepare monthly/fortnightly reports on consumption patterns and price variations, process contractor's bills, and monitor budgets.">
  • Ensure full compliance to all relevant standards and procedures during local and international audits.">

Requirements and Qualifications

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in BA, BSc., HR, or any related field.">
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Factory Operations or Manufacturing.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Knowledge of labor laws, union regulations, and budgeting is an advantage.">
