STEAM Trainer Position

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a STEAM Trainer. As a member of our training team, you will play a vital role in delivering hands-on learning experiences to students aged 5–12.

Job Description

The STEAM Trainer will assist lead trainers in conducting workshops and activities, helping set up learning materials, kits, and equipment for sessions. You will support students during lessons and activities, providing guidance and encouragement, while ensuring a safe, fun, and interactive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist lead trainers in planning and executing workshops and activities.

  • Contribute to the development and adaptation of lesson plans and materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fresh graduates or students in their final year (7th or 8th semester) in STEM, Education, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for working with children.
