Job Title: Provincial Program Coordinator

Seeking an experienced professional to establish a provincial working group for transgender community inclusion in flood relief and response.

  • Convene taskforce meetings with government departments, humanitarian organizations, and rights activists to coordinate advocacy efforts.
  • Develop communication strategies to ensure inclusive operations and promote transgender rights-based approach.
  • Supervise project activities, provide technical support, and maintain liaison with stakeholders at national and provincial levels.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in sociology, public policy, or relevant field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in policy reform, human rights, and community engagement.
  • Excellent networking skills, ability to build partnerships, and strong understanding of program management.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate provincial consultations, focus group discussions, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Document proceedings, recommendations, and best practices for future reference.
  • Support district-level trainings, ensure transgender participation, and facilitate interaction between project teams and fellows.
