Job Role:

The role of a Cold Caller involves making outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads, and working with the lead gen team to convert warm leads into meetings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to engage prospects confidently over the phone, strong listening & objection-handling skills, and a resilient and goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities include:

  • Qualifying leads through outbound calls.
  • Working with the lead gen team to convert warm leads into meetings.
  • FOLLOW UP ON EMAIL, LINKEDIN AND OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA OUTREACH CAMPAIGNS.
  • Using cloud-based VoIP calling and AI-powered call tracking & analytics for efficient calling and call tracking.
  • Maintaining detailed records in CRM for pipeline management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
