Sales and Trade Development Representative

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to drive new business for our specialized China-Pakistan air and land transportation services.

This pivotal role is focused on identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients for import and export shipments. If you have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of freight, and a desire to contribute to a nationally significant project, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients for China-Pakistan air and land freight services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their logistics needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling freight quotes, proposals, and service agreements.
  • Negotiate rates and service terms with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Closely collaborate with our Operations, Customs, and International teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and CPEC developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs for assigned routes and services.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-5 years of proven sales experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry, with a strong focus on international trade.
  • Demonstrable understanding of China-Pakistan trade lanes, specifically both air and land (road) transport.
  • Solid knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and international trade documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, multicultural team.
