Job Title: Financial Reconciliation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reconciliation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for reconciling bank accounts, supervising debit card transactions, and performing UAT related to ADC.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and handle varied responsibilities. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is essential, as well as experience with Raast.

  • Reconcile bank accounts on a daily basis using SWITCH, 1-LINK, and CUPS systems.
  • Supervise debit card transactions, including chargebacks, IBFTs, and POS transactions.
  • Perform UAT related to ADC and ensure timely reconciliation and reporting.
  • Lodge disputes on CDRS and obtain chargeback approvals.
  • Settle MasterCard refunds and resolve disputes within agreed timelines.
  • Update MasterCard, CUPS, and Pay Pak MIS for reporting purposes.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Experience with Raast is mandatory.
